2 cups pumpernickel bread, crust removed,
1/3 cup dried apricots, fine dice
1/3 cup dried apples, fine dice
1/3 cup prunes, pitted, fine dice
1/3 cup pistachios, pared, cut into quarters
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/3 tsp. ground coriander
1/3 tsp. poultry seasoning
pinch of ground cloves
pinch of ground nutmeg
1-1/2 oz. orange-flavored liqueur
1 egg
salt and white pepper, to taste


Place all ingredients in stainless-steel bowl; combine. Refrigerate until chilled.
