mixed herbs, chopped


TO SERVE Center beet horn at top of plate. Arrange kale leaf on right of horn; spoon braising liquid over. Place 1-1/2 oz. pasta bows to left of horn; sprinkle herbs over. Lean quail breast on pasta. Slice stuffed quail leg; fan slices against breast. Spoon 1 oz. huckleberry sauce in front of breast. NOTES Season: Fall, Winter Food cost: Low
