Instructions:

TO SERVE Place sauteed spinach and shallots in center of plate. Arrange roasted peppers on plate; top with juliennne vegetables. Fan four lamb medallions along left side of plate; garnish with roasted garlic. Fan three corn cakes along right side of plate. Sauce meat and vegetables as needed. NOTES Season: Year round Food cost: High Wine notes: Cabernet, Merlot History: Unique twist on old standard; traditional roast lamb served with a new look.
