Ingredients:2 large carrots, julienned
1/2 lb. snow peas, stems removed
salt and pepper
2 tbsp. butter
Instructions:Bring 3 cups of water to boil in a saute pan. Add carrots. Wait 2 minutes and add snow peas. Boil one minute and remove. Drain. Season vegetables with salt and pepper. Add butter to saute pan and saute vegetables until hot. Serve.
