Mango Sauce

1/2 mango, pared, pitted
1 tbsp. lemon juice
fruit flavored syrup, as needed


Instructions:

Place mangoes in blender or food processor; add lemon juice. Process until smooth. Stir in syrup to produce desired consistency. Can use syrup recipe from Indian Corn Custard with Compote of Woodland Fruits.
