6 Bibb lettuce leaves

Daikon radishes are long and mild, and are also called Japanese or Oriental radishes. Daikon is often pickled or shredded and used as a garnish. Here it's sliced and combined with mushrooms and green onions in a tangy marinade. Shake vinegar, vegetable oil, soy sauce, gingerroot, sesame oil and salt in tightly covered container. Pour over daikon, mushrooms and onions; toss until evenly coated. Cover and refrigerate about 2 hours or until chilled. Serve on lettuce leaves. Sprinkle with sesame seed. 6 servings
