3 papayas
1/2 lime
2 tablespoons orange juice or
orange-flavored liqueur
1 cup frozen (thawed) "lite" whipped
1 kiwifruit, peeled and sliced


Cut papaya lengthwise into halves; remove seeds. Peel papaya halves. Cut 4 papaya halves lengthwise into slices. Arrange papaya slices on 4-dessert plates. Squeeze juice from limes over papaya slices. Cut remaining papaya into 1-inch pieces. Place papaya pieces and orange juice in blender or food processor. Cover and blend, stopping occasionally to scrape sides, until smooth. Fold blended mixture into whipped topping. Spoon whipped topping mixture over papaya slices. Top with kiwifruit. 4 servings
