lemon zest, to taste
lemon juice, to taste
sugar, to taste
Kirschwasser, to taste
arrowroot starch, as needed


Flavor puree as desired; thicken with arrowroot as needed to create sauce. Remove small portion of sauce and thicken again to create pipeable mixture, to be used for outlining sauce border in Sweet Beginnings.
