Tangy Fruit Salsa
2 cups nonfat ricotta cheese (about
15 ounces)
1/3 cup sugar
1/4 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 (8-ounce size) package light cream
cheese (Neufchatel)


This creamy mixture can be whipped up in a snap. It's also good topped with fresh berries. Prepare Tangy Fruit Salsa. Place remaining ingredients in blender or food processor. Cover and blend, stopping occasionally to scrape sides, until smooth. Spoon into 6 dessert dishes. Serve with salsa. 6 servings
