1/2 lb. tomatoes, peeled, seeded, diced
3 oz. onion, pared, finely chopped
2 jalapeno peppers, finely chopped
1 tsp. cumin seed, roasted, ground
1/2 avocado, peeled, pitted, 1/4-in.
juice of
1 lime
salt, to taste


Place tomatoes, onions, peppers and cumin in bowl; combine. Pour lime juice over avocado; add to tomato mixture. Season with salt. Serve immediately.
