1 head chickory, cleaned and broken into
bite-size pieces
1 head romaine, cleaned and broken into
bite-size pieces
1 carrot, shredded
1 tomato, sliced into eighths
1 cucumber, sliced thinly

1/3 cup red wine vinegar
salt and pepper, to taste
pinch of tarragon
1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 cup vegetable oil


Toss ingredients together and sprinkle with dressing. HOUSE VINAIGRETTE DRESSING Whisk vinegar into salt, pepper, tarragon and mustard. Add oils, continuously whisking until dressing is light and fluffy.
