4 oz. flour
4 oz. sugar
4 oz. butter, melted
4 oz. egg whites


Place flour and sugar in mixing bowl. Add butter and egg whites; mix until smooth. Cover; refrigerate overnight. Cut desired template from heavy cardboard; place on greased sheet pan. Spread tuille batter in template; repeat for remaining batter. Bake at 325 degrees until golden.
