1 small onion, chopped
2 carrots, chopped
1 zucchini, chopped
1 small potato, chopped
2 stalks of celery, chopped
1 small can stewed tomatoes, chopped
1-1/2 qt. chicken broth
seasoning, to taste


Combine vegetables with chicken broth; bring to a boil. Lower flame and simmer 1 to 1-1/2 hours. Add salt and pepper to taste.
