1-1/2 pounds chicken breast -- boneless
1 14 oz. can hominy -- white or yellow, undrained
1 14 oz. can diced tomatoes -- with chilies
1 14 oz. can tomato sauce -- Mexican style with seasonin
1 14 oz. can Great Northern beans -- undrained
1 14 oz. can red beans -- undrained
1 package Hidden Valley Ranch salad dressing mix


Cook chicken and cut up. Place in slow cooker.Add rest of ingredients. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours. Serve over tortilla chips. Sprinkle with shredded cheddar of Monterey Jack cheese
