1 C Oats -- quick or old fashion
1 C Cornmeal
1/2 C Flour, All-Purpose
1 Tbsp Baking Powder
1/4 Tsp Salt -- optional
1 C Nonfat Milk
1/2 C Corn Kernels
2 Tbsp Applesauce
2 Egg Beaters. 99% Egg Substitute -- or substitute
2 Tbsp Onion -- finely chopped


Heat oven to 425 deg F. Spray an 8 or 9" square baking pan with nonstick spray. In a med. bowl, combine dry ingredients. Add remaining ingredients that have been combined in a small bowl; mix well. Spread evenly into prepared pan. Bake 20 - 25 min or until edges are lightly browned. Serve warm.
